In case anyone cares I think I figured out the problem - freezing was caused by nexelit accumulators. When I figured this out I easy found another topic with similar problem:

I guess people can still have problem with replicating my issue because I'm using outdated mods so you can't just grab them from mod portal, so here is my entire mod folder:

I'm not sure what exactly you need to here is a game screen (but problem started occurring some time ago on that save).

OK, maybe I have some more info about my problem (maybe this time someone will be able to help...).

It seems that freezing have something to do with map view usage - in north-west corner of my base there are 2 small blocks, one making power from hydrogen and east to it I'm making boron. My game ...

My (quite long played) modded game started freezing lately - game completely stops responding and only thing I can do is to kill it. I'm not completely sure but I think it mostly does that when I'm in remote map view, but that could be just coincidence.
