Well a normal belt has the whole belt available for pickup,
But an underground belt only a part of it.

So an inserter has less time picking it up from an underground belt.
At least that is what i would assume, and it does make sense.

Okay crashed again, While doing nothing, I just loaded the scenario and walked a bit, and then stood still until it crashed. Also didn't build any entity. There isn't any entity build on the map, so i don't know what i should do :D
i just started the attached scenario, and kept it running for 10 minutes or so.

i could strip it down a bit further and only do the image attached to the player.
I will do that and let you know the results

Not all mods are working on 0.14 yet and 0.14 still has alot of desyncs.
Thats why the server is still on 0.13.18 ;)
