Similar issue, no mods.
The logistic connection condition gets the right parameter set to same value as the left one on BP copy-paste.
(steel > iron -> steel > steel)

This happens with logistic connection, circuit connection gets transferred properly.
Copying config by SHIFT+click works as ...

TLDR: Full requester chest has duplicate item requests and deconstructing it crashes the game.


What did you do?
I built a chest from BP with duplicated item requests. (two slots with identical request)
Deconstructing the logistic network ( last roboport / last such chest ) crashed the game ...
