Thanks, that was the problem. Turns out that there was no config file at all so I added one and put your file inside and it worked. Yay I finally get to play this game. Have an amazing day.

As previously stated the game crashes when starting up sometimes at mod loading (4%) and sometimes and cropping bitmaps (30-40%) This really sucks I just bought the game and haven't even had a chance to play it yet (so no config spent a solid hour looking for that) Someone please help. Thank you ...
