Sadly I wasn't able to reproduce the issue when I loaded up the save again and did similar actions as before, so I can't tell if it's related to the roboport deconstruction at all.
What I did was:
I was in the remote view on Nauvis, driving my tank to an outpost of mine and started to deconstruct ...

It does not happy every time, but over the last couple of days Factorio crashed multiple times when I closed it.
