Just to build on this as well, in the case that there are also "used up fuel" slots as well, can they be moved onto the next line? Otherwise the window can get really wide as well. See https://mods.factorio.com/mod/IR3CargoShips for an example of a mod where it kind of causes some issues.

This is an exceedingly minor issue, but as an enjoyer of the new GUI it was significant enough for me to notice it multiple times. When queuing up a lot of things to manual craft, the little arrow button that appears in the queue has a notably ugly appearance that does not match any of the other but...
