Ive tried it but i cant figure it out

I tried it now for ore than 3 hours.

Can i get somewhere my money back since i have not so much time

After one hour trying to download it, i found at least that i had to "upgrade" to download it.

Now i trying for one hour to fgure out how t play it, but there is no hint and no help within the game (transportation belt).

I dont want to watch 3 days youtube videos to figure out how to play it

Found it:

You hae to go to your pofile and "upgrade" the account, then you can somewhere on Factorio insert a nightmarish key

Maybe thos procedure could be a little more cumbersome ?
