Version is 0.12.26, no mods yet. Save file is uploaded.

Inserters not picking up items
This doesn't happen all the time. But sometimes inserters will stop picking up items from a belt as they move past, and they only pick up the item once the belt has backfilled to the pickup point. I have attached an image of the inserter (one of many in this game) that fail to pickup items from the ...
