No mods active. Reproducible in fresh save of freeplay.
Steps to reproduce:
1: Place pipe-to-ground.
2: Mark for deconstruction
3: Select pipe-to-ground (open tooltip)
4: Shift-mark (un-mark) pipe-to-ground for deconstruction
