[Rseding91] [0.16.7] Loading indicator faster animation when moving mous

I opened the mod browser and was moving my mouse around a bit and I noticed that the loading indicator sped up while I was moving the mouse.
It might be related to my monitor being a 144hz gaming monitor.

If my suspicion is correct you can reproduce this problem with commands. When you use a command to scan a large area and look at the map view you will see that the location where the player is standing will start to fade out, like he isn't there. Just noticed that the order of the icons on my chests appears to be random.
Both chests contain processing units and advanced circuits(in the same order) and request the same items.
But the order of the icons is mix different and I can't explain why.

Noticed that the scrollbar of the logistics popup isn't limited to the window size. I was able to open the save of netmand with no problems. It just took up a lot of memory, about 3.2 GB. Attached is a save where I walked the player back to his main base. Depends on what you are fighting against. Laser turrets do less damage when fully upgraded and they are not armor penetrating but they do have longer range. I was probably able to reproduce this crash using the following steps.
I say probably because my log is similar but not exactly the same

1. Go to mod screen
2. Search "bobinserter"
3. Click the "Install" button immediately followed by clicking the refresh button
