jes i doo, i run an ubuntu VM Using Hyper V

So I wanted to create a modded Factorio server:
created a new one added the mods doesn't work
remove the mods, still the same error
generate a completely new map with base settings still not working
creating a new server with a fresh map still doesn't work
trying to start an old vanilla server ...
