Several more crashes today. Often while idle - this time I was away from my PC putting my kid to bed while bots are building solar, and it crashed on an autosave.

Well, crap. Could be, I am in fact using an Ryzen 3600x.

Doesn't seem to be a pattern to it that I can figure out. If I leave it idle, I can expect it to crash when I come back to it. Occasionally it crashes while saving ...
