The new atomic bomb recipe has been updated for 2.0 (takes blue chips instead of RCUs), but the "History" section is missing an entry for the update.

For the record, there is an --apply-update command-line switch, but it expects a ZIP file (I haven't investigated). Is this supported/documented somewhere?

Steps to reproduce:

1. start a new game
2. use /permissions and revoke your own "Spawn item" permission
3. click the green button on the hotbar for the upgrade planner; it correctly fails to work (as that'd create an upgrade planner item)
4. use Alt+U: you'll get a fresh upgrade planner on hand ...
