I was having this issue as well today and found this thread..
Thing is.. im in the USA... and to my knowledge don't have the issues in this thread with my ISP etc..
After some digging, I found the issue (at least for me).
Pi-hole was blocking the cert domain. 08-16-2025, 15-01-32.png
