the idea of the mod is to allow ground logistic bots to deliver stuff in chests, those drones will use ground path-finding from chest to chest on later stage maybe also vehicles can be utilized on this in order to make things look nice, those those Delivery drones can prefer to walk over paved areas...

this crash happened few times when i tried to manually shoot with artillery and clicking like crazy :D

after update seems UPS is little better
