Just an update I get the same as the others, can't load old saves and can't create new Single Player games. Multiplayer new games work.

A nearby oil field provides the boiler supply, The water : boiler : engine ratio was the most efficient that I could find for it to operate at 100% performance under full load.

Just an update, I noticed on my Laptop this only happens in external monitor / multi-monitor / docking bay setup.

If I am using my regular laptop screen, the issue does not happen, so it likely has something to do with more then one display being available.

Exactly the same problem, thanks UKStephen as I was stuck finding a solution and maximizing via task manager worked.
