That almost looks like the train isn't actually fully stopped by the time the mod disconnects the fluid wagons and so they don't properly register as stopped. Although I haven't looked into it. Yes I am messing with train composition (Automatic coupling system) and I know LTN is incompatible with this but... Maybe there is a console command?
