well the conveyer belts are flickering as well

The picture explains the problem pretty well. I am using an intel mac with integrated GPU. At first its fine when I play with new games. The problem first occured when I try to start a new campaign.Later such problem appears when I try to load my saved games. I tried to turn off the cloud and smoke....
