Managed to capture it in-game today, running 2.0.15. Don't really know why it's happening. Relevant files attached/linked.

From what little I could gather, the stutter seems to occur when the "Render" count is lower, under ~2.0.

I unfortunately can't update Safari to a newer version as it's the most up-to-date one for macOS 10.14.6, which is what I'm currently using (for several reasons, updating the OS is not desirable). No worries though; as I mentioned, the version of Firefox I have is the modern version and it works fin...

Small preamble; not even sure this is a bug considering the old version + I can still load it correctly through Firefox, which is still being updated, but considering the stated minimum requirements for Mac OS X, it irked me. I've also had seemingly random freezes (twice now) on macOS (10.14.6) on version 2.0.7, log attached. Can't tell if it had anything to do with Steam notifs going off as I was in menus both times it happened. Odd behaviour of the app as well, screenshot attached - there appear to be 2 Factorio instan...

Had a similar situation on macOS 10.14.6; starting from Steam after the update, error during startup. Deleting the exact same folder SevenMass pointed out allowed the game to load completely. Log attached for the time it crashed.

My only concern was if bulk inserters could get stuck unloading a train but after a quick look-see, full cargo wagons of ore (and therefore plates) are divisible by 16 so no issues from me! :D
