Re: machine logistic
Connect a wire to the machine, set the machine to "set recipe". It will try to craft the item you send as a signal.
And that's where simple ends.
Using the Assembler on the Network in conjunction with a Constant Combinator to determine which production needs to switch materials can be less ...

Please do so and drop MacOS X 10.10 today - not tomorrow !posila wrote: Tue Nov 05, 2024 5:08 pm
Internally, we are currently discussing when we can drop compatibility with MacOS X 10.10, so that we can update C++ compiler, so that we can use some C++ 20 standard library classes and functions.

Re: Version 2.0.21
2.0.21 has had a massive performance improvement on the Mac if I turn "render in native resolution" back on.
I don't know what you've done but the result on a MacBook Air M2 is stunning indeed.

I mean it's obvious from your answer that it worked for build & reach distance, but not resource-reach and item-drop, and this is miscommunication. I will add the 2 new ones to the Wiki.

Re: The correct command for long reach is?
These commands still work for long reach. You can see the difference if you zoom out, and try to delete an item at a far corner of the screen. It works.
The change is they don't work in Remote View, because it only does bot requests, not real "reach". I don't know if there's any way to get the ...

After cleaning those fans and air vents my notebook does not overheat anymore (resulting in thermal throttling) and the framerate stays constant.

Re: [2.0.7] Frequent FPS slowdowns during gameplay (Apple Silicon)
The game slows down significantly after about fifteen minutes, even on up-to-date machines running the latest software.
That's what you experience? Up until now I was under the impression 2.0 runs fine for you on both your 2016 MacBook Pro and MacBook Pro M2.

I think you might be confusing GoG and Humble Bundle's applet here... (also, not to be confused with Humble Bundle as a Steam keys reseller itself.)
Factorio has DRM for :
- The stores : Wube's through the Humble Bundle applet, GoG's, Steam's
- In-game updates (much smaller downloads usually ...

Re: How to install on Mac both basic game and Space Age expansion?
… I saw a notice somewhere that Space Age has different game play than the base game in the early stages of the game, so they recommended that new players start by buying the Space Age key as well.
I think you're probably referring to a sentence in this blog post: https://factorio.com/blog ...
