Yup. Attached video example, basically cloning an intersection with manual colission, snap to grid, only entities and clear nothing of existing entities. And a bp string of intersection. Game crashes on loading a save where rail pieces were cloned over other rail pieces. Performing a cloning over already existing rails i assumed identical entities in same place weren't be pasted.
