Steps to reproduce:
1. Place 2 pumps and connect them to fluid.
2. Rotate 1 pump so they are directed from each other.
3. Place 1 pipe at the end of pump.
I found it while was building gas pump line, I tried it at new save file, it happened with water and steam too, so there is no fluid ...
