That is great, I am glad it helped. Now I am trying to make a fix so it doesn't crash at all, but I have trouble to make it crash on my computer in the first place. Could you please send here your DxDiag?

Culprit of the issue is combination of AMD and Intel graphics cards. Workaround for now is to set Factorio's launch options to "--force-d3d" in Steam.

It works! Went into steam properties for factorio and set launch options to "--forced-d3d".

Went into my display settings and turned off my second monitor.
Gonna see if there is a way to keep the monitor on and play the game now, will post results.

Turns out, after the game starts, i can activate my second monitor and it keeps running. Now to play the game and see if it still works.

I just got the game on steam, and the second i boot it up the game crashes.
Tried restarting the computer and treated the problem like a graphics error, but all the solutions don't work.
i tried going into my config file and changing graphics, but the game hasn't created one.

Ive checked both ...
