I don't know if I should delete this, but I was able to fix it by changing "confirm window" to tab. It's weird that it defaulted tab as open character screen, but it's "e" to close the character screen.

Before this update, I would open the menu with tab, then close the menu with tab. This can no longer be done, I tried rebinding some of the keys to tab. The only way to close the inventory is with escape, I tried rebinding escape to tab, but that did not fix my issue. I don't know if this is just a ...
