Wanted to try the fix for the AMD graphics card but couldn't since my config file is 1 line only and it doesn't have that value

I play on a laptop and it has an another better AMD graphics card maybe its causing the problem.
I cant get AMD card to be recognized by the factorio even it should change to the AMD when I start a game

Just bought the game because it was on steam and can't get the game the work.
When i press start it launches and after a while of not responding an error notification pops up and tells me to make a log file also it contunies making new factorio game windows till i press yes or no to make a log file ...
