The Supply challenge is a Custom scenario, the other two ( Transport belt madness and Tight spot ) you can find under Start campaign in the main menu.

Regarding steam keys and higher tiers
So I have the furnace attendant perk. Just got my steam key. Will I acquire this "perk" as a DLC on Steam, or how do you intend to go about this? What do I have to do?
