[2.0.15] Desync while placing elevated Rails / Ramp

Hello, I have Desynced while playing around with elevated Rail and Ramps Ghosts. I also used the rail planner. Not sure wich action triggered the Desync. I attached the Desync report.

when dragging a belt over belt-turns the automatically placed undergrounds destroy the original belt.
