It worked but I don't think a game as big as Factorio shoud depend this much on native settings. Anyway thanks for help.

Today I opened Factorio as usual and loaded my save. The very first thing I saw was these ugly blurred icons in the quickbar and any other menu that must display a item, not only on this save.

I have the same issue on 1.0.0 and I cant find that setting any more (probably removed or changed).
