I am having an issue where bitumen seeps generate but show 'fluid-name.drilling-waste' and do not (appear to) generate anything. gave it power, gave it drilling fluid, waited and nothing is coming out of it. pipes won't even connect to the output. what is happening? am i missing something ...

I am having an issue where bitumen seeps generate but show 'fluid-name.drilling-waste' and do not (appear to) generate anything. gave it power, gave it drilling fluid, waited and nothing is coming out of it. pipes won't even connect to the output. what is happening? am i missing something?
