Thanks, control-key helped. It started occurring around space platform, which I built no belts but only inserters on, but coincidentally I probably had a ton of on-land belts being placed by bots around the same time so maybe something there. Also hitting "transport line groups are not consistent" with just Space Age mods enabled. No other mods enabled. 2.0.9.

Reverting back to Steam's Factorio 1.0 fixes the issue. Also might be related is a Factorio 1.1.0 issue with 520 error on Browse public games.

I can reproduce. macOS 10.15.7, Intel, both Steam and Standalone versions, Factorio 1.1.0.
