Maybe instead, one of those little Informatron updates could appear the first time a new player has a low power condition. That way it's clear what's happening without having to show a low power icon all the time everywhere.

How to get full tech tree (even with mods):
1. Open a savegame with these mods.
2. Run the following command: 3. Look for 4. That file will contain modded tech tree from this save.

I'm from Poland, so I can explain the name.
I suppose it's from the WB (welcome back) shortcut.
In Polish, it's spelled 'voobe', which in Polish (and Chech) is written 'wube'.
