Re: [1.0.0] Audio issue when Windows audio sample rate set above 352.8KHz
for the record. using anything higher than 40KHz (for games or day-to-day desktop use) is pointless. the frequency should be at most, twice the highest frequency in the media played back. and humans can only hear up to 20kHz when youthful and fresh. we lose this as we grow older.
in other words ...

More out of curiosity than anything else, does changing the audio backend to sdl behave differently, as in this similar topic https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?p=566986#p566986 ?
I have no practical way of troubleshooting theses issues at the moment so I would agree with Rseding, with ...

Re: Coal to Rocket Fuel using Coal Liquefaction, Over-unity Gain!
Yeah, I can see the inputs, but I more meant where does the light oil come from? There doesn't seem to be enough room for any pipes to feed into the assemblers?
Prior to 0.17.60 rocket fuel didn't require light oil. This is a pretty old post.
Ahh, that would explain it. Thank you.
I'll ...

Re: Coal to Rocket Fuel using Coal Liquefaction, Over-unity Gain!
I'm fairly new to all this, but how do the Assembling Machines get fed light oil?
I can't see a way to get the light oil into them?
Level 2 and 3 assembling machines have one liquid input. It doesn't show up until you choose a recipe that has a liquid component (like rocket fuel).
Yeah ...

[1.0.0] Audio issue when Windows audio sample rate set above 352.8KHz
In Windows 10 when the audio device's sample rate is set to 352.8KHz and above, the game gives an error at startup on the main menu stating "Audio Error. Could not initialize audio. Audio is disabled."
Any sample rate lower than 352.8KHz works fine and does not error.
