And then I managed to reproduce this with 2.0.15 
Adding the new log. No recording this time, but it's practically the same playing around with the schedule.

This happened to me as well on the 2.0.14 Linux build. Had a ship not leave as expected, so I played around with the conditions and the game crashed.

[boskid][1.1.95] Train menu shows cargo full bar completely green, but train is not full
All trains in my current factory, when both loading and unloading, show a full green bar instead of the expected partial bar depending on how full the train is , despite the train not being full.
