I did a complete shutdown and went to the logs folder. I noticed that the factorio-current.log file is now timestamped to today's date. So I opened it up, and the logs are from when I switched to Beta version 0.18.47.

I opened up Steam and made sure that Factorio is now set to version 1.0.0 ...

I did restart my systems and I was surprised that the date stamp on the files did not change. I tried renaming it, relaunched and was hoping that a new log file will be created but it did not.

I also did an integrity check of the files on Steam and it looks like ...
