I report the bug that's been annoying me for half of the SpaceAge release, mod author discovers it's probably a game bug, reports it to devs, devs have it fixed for the next release within a day!

So I was incredibly exceited someone had made a guide for this, and I tried setting it up on my linux VM I had pretty much idle, the problem is I spent several hours banging my head against the wall, accomplishing nothing.

That would be nice.
I do agree, we need more options on types of Power generation, and if not, power storage is a close second.
But not necessarily just higher-teir ones, but ones with tradeoffs that are good for certain situations, and other for other situations.

Exactly what I was talking about.
I do believe that allowing some sort of filtering for storage chests would also solve all problems I have had with it, though less elegantly, perhaps.

I'm not sure how a "smart inserter+a provider chest+a smart chest" solves this problem at all, unless your not using any storage chests, which I could do without, but I do use them to optimize a lot of workflow, but it could be possible to stop using them I suppose.
