Hey. Me and a friend have been working on the same map pretty much since factorio launched on steam. I am curious if anyone have made anything bigger.
We have always favored belts over robots but there are some areas where robots are used.
We mostly just build stuff without much thought put into it ...

Regarding the robots and the trade-off with making them like smoke. If you find it too big maybe make it an option. Have a special megabase mode with most things optimized for performance. Like no smoke or aliens at all etc. Just have the ...
