Newer (not newest) driver did the trick, I hope the gpu won't vanish, which is what happens when not using windows driver.

That was really dumb from my part, I've updated the 1st post with that information.

But, I did not work. I've uninstalled RTSS and MSI Afterburner, wiped related regs, deleted folders, reboot windows, but same error, follows attached a new log from trying to load without having RTSS and MSI ...
