(version 0.18) Single Player → New Game → Tutorial
or
(version 0.17) Single Player → New Game → Introduction

First to the mods. I strongly recomend every new player to learn the basics without mods. Make your first 3 to 5 factories without them. You do not need to finish the game to start a new factory.
