Here's a save. While I was playing a bit with it, I didn't manage to cause the error the same way I did - by reattaching circuit network, etc.

I remember that I was attaching/reattaching input singals for Unit Controllers(which sends my units with biter AI). Which seem suspicious, like some wrong ...
