You can use the achievements button in the top right to display the list of all achievements. This will let you know if that achievement is still available in that save.

The risk i can see is that if one of the material used to load the train run dry temporarily, it may cause some inserter to pick less than their set limit say 4 instead of 5. One can also use circuits there, to "enable" inserters only if there is enough material for them to pick up their ...

I've had this problem while using the LTN mod and I handled it like this. Most items have stack sizes of 50 or multiples of 50 (eg, 100, 200). If you want to use this technique for smaller stack items, then you need to adjust the limits, but the principle will still work. I set up 5 inserters loadin...

Looks like the @devs looked into the original issue, decided it wasn't a bug and haven't read any of the follow up comments. I think this really is an issue for some mods. Is there any way we can re-open the issue so it can be reconsidered?

I have performed further investigation and found that the fault will occur in single player, as well as multiplayer.
I have also found that the combination of:
  • Cjs QualityOfLife Research 01 - 1.0.0
  • AAI Industry - 0.4.14
Will cause as error, while each mod on there own is fine.

I did not add coal before the jam. Once the jam occured I selected the assembly machine and confirmed that I could add more.

Could the inserter have been placed before the recipe in the AM1 was set? I’ve seen them try to move stuff in that way before, only to get stuck because the AM recipe was changed, or simply not set to begin with, until after the inserter picked something up. I haven't changed the recipe, the machin...

It's not fully filling the assembly machines with coal, they only have between 5 and 7 (inserter capacity 3). I am able to manually add more.
I've been able to reproduce it using Angel's Refining as well.
