I have the same problem and it's very visible in my ore-> steel smelter.
Good to hear that it will be fixed in the new release.

Edit:
Just updated to 16.14 and it seems like the problem is fixed. E.g. my iron plate production almost doubled.

WOW! Look at it, it's so new and shiny! Very nice idea with the space science, reminds me of KSP.
To be honest, I wasn't that hyped for the uranium tech - but since you can make new and powerful weapons with it, I'll give it a chance!

I bought the 'Furnace Attendant' tier of Factorio and I don't understand those crybabies complaining about the now necessary change in the tier system. :roll:
I never really played the campaigns and most of the fun I hat with the game itself. You guys decide.

Download the latest version off the front page. It didn't work for me either on the first try. Finally I uninstalled Factorio, deleted the Mod, reinstalled Factorio x64 0.12.7 and again put Landfill_2.1.6.zip in the mods folder. Maybe not all steps are necessary, but it worked for me.
