[Klonan] [1.1.30] "E" does not close "Migrated content" window when another window is behind it

Pressing E does nothing in this situation because of the "Bonus" window behind it.

Note that it says '(.)' instead of '(E)', this is because of my dvorak keyboard and has nothing to do with the bug report. I'm pressing exactly the same key that I always press for the standard 'E' functionality.
