[kovarex] [1.1.13] Placing ghosts using shift no longer marks trees, rocks and cliffs for deconstruction

When placing a single item and holding shift, the ghost used to plan trees, rocks and cliffs for deconstruction. This doesn't work in 1.1.13.

Might be related to fix in 1.1.12: "Fixed that player building reach limit was applied also for ghost building."
