[1.1.11] crash when clicking tips and tricks gui while in a cutscene

While viewing a cutscene, every now and again the tips and tricks gui will popup in the corner. Usually it's just there and doesn't open anything when you click on it. However if you are playing multiplayer and are not the host, clicking the gui does open the tips and tricks dialogue, and then factorio crashes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Host a multiplayer game
2. start watching a cutscene and wait until a tips and tricks pops up. try clicking it- it shouldn't open anything
3. join the game as a second player
4. have the second player start watching a cutscene and wait until a tips and tricks pops up. click on it- the tips and tricks guide should open, and factorio will become unresponsive. The host will be unaffected.

I was using two mods, cutscene creator and trainsaver. I'm not sure if it matters much, but the cutscenes were created using the trainsaver mod.

I think it would be best to hide the tips and tricks popups completely while viewing cutscenes instead of just making them un-clickable. Then they can still be available when the cutscene is over, but aren't taking up space on the screen during it.
