[Rseding91] [1.1.2][Modding] Hard crash when errors occur in tips & tricks

While modding, when I for example create a wrong dependency for tips and tricks, it results in a hard crash, rather than loading a minimalistic version and displaying the error message in a factorio UI version (like any other error)
