[kovarex] [1.1.0] Status of solar panel is always "No power"

[kovarex] [1.1.0] Status of solar panel is always "No power"

The status of a solar panel is always "No power" even though it doesn't need power. Also there is now difference whether the solar panel is connected to an electric network, whether it currently produces power or not or if it is day, night or dawn. You probably don't want to add statuses for all these cases but right now it is at best useless and in worst case misleading.
