Bug summary :
on_gui_switch_state_changed will not fires after loading game when clicking the switch that has left visible when saved before.
I made an scenario to help you reproduce bug.
Extract contents in scenario folder and try to play it.
Reproducing procedure with custom scenario :
1. Open switch window and click switch few times to see message.
2. Save the game while leaving switch window opened
3. Load the game and try to click switch
4. Toggle to refresh switch window, and try again. Then, it will become normal.
Other GUI elements are working as normal, as expected. I found only this one is not working as expected, I think it is bugged.
It also affect to multiplay guests. Leaving and rejoining while leaving switch on screen will produce bug.
