Procedure
1. Bring up cut tool using CTR + X
2. Hold shift as you select area
3. The edit blueprint window pops up and you can edit what you want to cut
Unexpected Behavior
After finishing editing blueprint, the selected entities aren't marked for deconstruction.
Expected Behavior
The selected entities are marked for deconstruction even after using the edit blueprint tool.

Yea, that should be fixed by disallowing the shift for cut.

I hope that means it is specifically while cutting, and won't inadvertently affect shift select for blueprints?
I often use this undocumented method to avoid adding "junk" to the clipboard stack (a shifted selection for a blueprint is a one shot deal and therefore temporary) in lieu of not being able to edit the clipboard.
