[0.18.40] Bots not finishing upgrade

Hi,
About 15-20 game play hours ago, I did a mass upgrade of many thousand belts using the upgrade planner. Almost all of the upgrade finished within about 10 minutes, but I've just noticed that a few of the belts are still being marked as to be upgraded. There is plenty of belt in provider chests and all my construction bots are listed as idle. The game isn't complaining about anything missing, it's just not placing them for some reason.

I'm playing bob/angel, and all my bots are fusion powered (no recharging), and I believe that I upgraded them all to that before doing the belt upgrade.

Thanks for the report; do you have any way to reproduce this from a known working state?

I can see the belts and I can see they don't have any robot assigned to upgrade them but I don't have any reason why that would have happened.

Taken me quite a few tries to work out how to reproduce it! To reproduce:

Find the chest of ultimate belt (green) next to it's assembly machine (near the right hand end of my bus at [-152, 2])
Turn off your personal robo port
Standing next to that chest, use an upgrade planner to upgrade around 2000 belt on my bus
While the robots are on their way to the chest, ctrl+click on it to empty it.
Wait for a few robots to get to the chest and go away empty handed.
Once the swarm of robots stops coming, put the belt back in the chest an let them finish.
A large amount of the upgrade won't be done - my best guess is when the robot gets to the chest and finds it empty, it breaks that tile's upgrade.

Mining the chest and rebuilding it after a few robots hit the square seems to have the same effect.

Thanks for the reproduction steps. It's now fixed for the next release. The broken belts/things you can fix by canceling upgrade and requesting it again.
