[0.18.38] Applying upgrade planner in book does not work

Applying the upgrade planner inside a bp book does not does not work like its shown in fff-356.

Cannot reproduce. Book is properly updated by pressing upgrade button with upgrade planner in hand.

In FFF 357 (next one) there was window "Select the upgrade planner to apply" which opens only when you press upgrade button with empty cursor. I am not going to guess what you found working differently, i will just move this to Pending and will wait until you describe exactly what is different

Looks like the problem occurs in editor mode (god mode?). In a normal game it works.
